Box Set Reservation Terms

These terms apply when you reserve the Brian Vogan and His Good Buddies digidisc™ Box Set from Digidisc Corporation ("we," "us") at brianvogan.com or digidisc.com.

When you reserve, Square, our payment processor, securely saves your card with your permission. We do not charge your card or place a hold on it when you reserve. We never see or store your full card number.

We charge your saved card the price shown when you reserved, $199, plus applicable sales tax and shipping, when your box set ships. We will email you before it ships. If the price goes down before it ships, you pay the lower price. If we ever need to raise it, we will ask you first, and you can cancel.

Each box set is a numbered unit from a limited edition. The edition will never be expanded beyond its stated size.

If the charge is declined when your box set ships, we will email you to update your card. We hold your unit for 7 days. After that, we may cancel the reservation and release the unit.

You can cancel anytime before your box set ships, at no cost. Use the link in your confirmation email, or email support@digidisc.com. When you cancel, we ask Square to delete your saved card.

Every digidisc must arrive in mint condition. If yours doesn't, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will replace it.
