This site, brianvogan.com, is run by Brian Vogan ("I," "me"). This policy explains what information the site collects and what I do with it.

If you join my mailing list, I collect your email address and use it to send news about new releases and shows. The list is run through Kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. I don't sell or rent your email address.

If you contact me or my booking team, I use what you send only to reply to you.

The site doesn't use analytics. Videos play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and the box set checkout uses Square's card form and Cloudflare Turnstile; these services may set their own cookies when you use them. The site's host may set strictly necessary security cookies to block bots and attacks. I don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Brian Vogan and His Good Buddies digidisc™ Box Set is sold by Digidisc Corporation, not by me. When you reserve one, your information, including your card (which is saved by Square), goes to Digidisc Corporation and is covered by the digidisc Privacy Policy and Reservation Terms.

This site is made for families, but it isn't meant for children under 13 to give personal information. I don't knowingly collect it from them. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, contact me and I'll delete it.

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by writing to waytogochristy@gmail.com.

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
